Mark Bennett is a dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker who brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and deep local roots to every transaction. A native of Mahwah and current resident of Ramsey, Mark has a lifelong connection to Bergen County and an intimate understanding of the local real estate market. His passion for helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives is backed by years of real-world business experience and a strong commitment to professionalism, communication, and results.
Before entering real estate, Mark founded and successfully operated two small businesses, giving him firsthand experience in negotiation, contracts, marketing, and client service. This entrepreneurial background allows him to approach real estate transactions with a strategic, business-minded perspective—helping buyers secure the right property and sellers maximize the value of their homes. His ability to negotiate effectively and think creatively has proven to be a major advantage for his clients in the highly competitive Northern New Jersey real estate market.
Real estate also runs in Mark’s family. His grandfather, Bob Lewis, was a well-known home builder on the West Coast, giving Mark an early appreciation for homes, construction, and real estate. Outside of work, Mark is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast who previously served as a coaching assistant with the basketball program at Princeton University before transitioning into his business and real estate career. His combination of competitive drive, business acumen, and local knowledge helps him guide clients with confidence and integrity.
